The Silhouette...

Sound of the silence,
Silence through time,
Waiting for a whisper,
Whisper of your voice...

Waiting for a lifetime,
Lifetime spent for a moment,
Walking in the dark,
Darkness hiding your absence...

Weeping between smiles,
The smile binding my pain,
Longing to close the distance,
Distance turning me insane...

Longing for your touch,
Touch i would never feel again,
Dying with the winter,
Only this winter would come again...


This one, i wrote it more than a year ago, but never posted it anywhere...today, reading it again, i can only feel the irony of life...

I smell your reeking fragrance,
In the thin air, cold and dry…
You glide along the winter night,
Your scepter, held bold and high…

Waiting, with patience,
Absorbing, with eyes serene…

You blessed him,
The neighborhood boy…
Just like you took her,
Away from prying eyes…

You, the dark side of god,
I pray, for your darker rewards…..



In my last post i spoke of giving up writing, but i find it hard to part ways from it. For the sole reason that you seem so close with the pen in my hand. "Words" it were, that brought us together, i guess, words it would be that would hold us forever...

a life chosen, a lifetime gone....
that life ended, my lifelines' gone....
a crossroad, i met you,
today, a dead end, u left me....

where do i go from here,
what is left to live??
without you my love,
all my blinds are drawn...

come back to me baby,

where no ray of light crawls...




P.s.- i shouldnt be using this "p.s." it belongs to someone else, that someone who changed me, made me....and now finally, broke me....

you brought me here, now without you, i feel lonely...friends, this is my last post here, i wouldnt be writing anymore,coz the person who was the reason i wrote and the one for whom all my posts were dedicated, has left on a long journey away from all....

i would still read all your lovely posts friends and surely would comment on them...

i know am dwelling in the past...and all of my recent posts have been somehow or the other related to those memories...but, its something am gonna carry for a long time i guess, i just cant let go...at least till am in this city...

Here i have tried to put in the state of mind i have been going through for the past many a weeks....My mind is just confused, actually its me who is confused..like always, wanted to take it out...wanted to express it what was haunting me...

This particular post is a result of a chain of thoughts running through endless days and nights…there is nothing personal in it…but the very essence is something very close to my heart…
