Destiny...

Standing at the altar,
Looking at your beautiful face…
Why was something missing?
Where is that shining grace…
This is what you prayed for,
The vows am going to take..
Standing at the altar,
Looking at your beautiful face…
Afraid I would see it,
You hide the tears away…
It is the way you wanted,
“I Do”, the both of us say…
Standing at the altar,
Looking at your beautiful face…
Holding on to your silence,
I see you walk away…
If I had been a little stronger,
It would have been you with me today…
This particular post is a result of a chain of thoughts running through endless days and nights…there is nothing personal in it…but the very essence is something very close to my heart…

This sounded so much hopeful when it started but the last couple of lines tore me away. That was so sad. But I can't forget the execution - you have done it really well and I understand that you have poured your heart into this one. It is quite evident. Nice to see a post from you after a long time. I hope all is well?

Thanx for your kind words...i would say, i was learning, she made me feel it...i much as i have read in my lifetime, no one was even close to her style of writing...
She went, taking away everything i ever knew...its hard to keep holding on, when you know she would have never let go...
Regards,
The Silhouette...
