My Valentine...

My life is blank,
And so are my verses,
You were the words,
That coloured my canvas…
They ask me to sing,
Few many a lines of praises,
I filled them with you,
The only song in my senses…
I painted my feelings,
And they taunt me to write,
I pen down my tears,
Yet another day, I fight…
Walking towards the darkness,
That haunts my way,
Searching for the alleys,
Where you, my precious lay…
For you,
your silhouette...
p.s.- friends, i remember i promised to post a happy song before valentine, but the past few days weren't one of the best...

I do remember, i did start writing one, but a few occurrences recently just didnt let me finish it, instead this is what i wrote...

Does it matter at the end whether the portrayal was happy or otherwise, all that matter is it gives you peace and satisfaction and happiness !
It was a really good read!
I tried writing something for this valentine's but then the sudden bleakness didn't all allow me too..couldn't pen down a word...apart from a sad one!

i have made my peace with pain a long time back, happy i am, life is beautiful...
Time sometimes does play a cruel game, dont worry, the happy verses would come... :)
In a word,painful... Not to read,but rather in feel... But I hardly think this is one of the pieces which is to be analysed,it is a piece which must be respected for the purity of the feeling in it...

It does not matter, Silhouette, it really doesn't matter. We sure can wait for the happy ones, yet pain, when flows in melody, is more apt and worthy than any childish rhyming we may take for love-poetry, (though childish rhyming has a beauty of its own).

The blues-attack? A trigger of memories due to some event? It's valentine.. The lover's week, don't be sad! Remember your love with happiness. Why to regret its over.. Atleast it happened. And dear, this IS a life time thing. Cherish what it was. :)

Memories it is...i visited them on my own...its not about being sad, am happy, and i live in those memories, but without forgetting abt my present...
Love never dies...people may, but the love they share is always alive...
writing is my way of immortalizing her...
